The works for both the east and west zones of the
project consists of the following:

  • Partial demolition of the existing buried breakwater,
    and temporary revetments; Construction of the new
    revetment.
  • Reconstruction of the eastern revetment further
    seawards as required to accommodate the future
    buildings and architectural features (Crown wall &
    Utility trench), and to accommodate the relocated
    district cooling pipes.
  • Filling of excavations with new fill material as
    required to facilitate construction of the future
    buildings.
  • Construction of new stormwater outfalls through
    the revetments to serve the future building plots
    and existing freefalling bridge drainage.
