Enquiries

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, any company and project location you provide, and your message. We use these details to respond and route the enquiry to the relevant MAR team.

The website keeps a private delivery record for up to 90 days. Mailbox correspondence and any subsequent project records are managed separately; this website deletion period does not automatically delete copies in email systems.

Website operation and storage

The site uses essential browser storage for navigation behaviour and WordPress cookies for authorised sign-in. Contact-form abuse protection uses a temporary, salted identifier derived from the submitted email address. The enquiry record does not store an IP address or browser fingerprint.

If you choose a website language, the mar_language preference cookie remembers that choice for up to one year. If geographic language selection is enabled at launch, the hosting or edge service supplies an approximate country or region code. The language feature does not request GPS access or send your IP address to a separate translation or geolocation service.

Project photos and videos are served by the website. This build does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. External links, including LinkedIn and email links, open services with their own privacy practices.

Service providers

Website hosting and email delivery involve the providers configured for the live site. Their identity, processing locations and any additional logging or retention must be confirmed in the approved live notice.
