DORALEH OIL TERMINAL - REHABILITATION AND MAINTENANCE

Project Specifics

  • Marine growth cleaning of existing tubular steel piles starting from Level -20m
  • Removal and replacement of 10 nos. Jetty access ladders
  • Maintenance of 13 nos. Super cell fender systems 5nos. (Suc1600h/re-s)& 8Nos. (Syc 1250 h/rs-s) including removal of fender frontal frame, sand Blasting, painting and replacement of friction pads in addition to replacement Of all fixing bolts system
  • Supply and installation of new (suc1600h/re-s) super cell fender systems
  • Supply and welding of zinc anodes
  • Cleaning using hydro blasting system
  • Concrete repair and application of concrete protection system on all existing concrete deck and underdeck
  • Design, supply and installation of temporary scaffolding system as a standing platform to perform the underdeck repair works
  • Sand blasting for all steel structures for access jetty, platform and mooring dolphins including supply and application of epoxy painting with all related scaffolding required for serviceability
  • Underwater hydro blasting for all piles and steel structures and specifically on The splash zones including application of special underwater epoxy protection coating system
  • Complete maintenance of existing mooring hooks
