The project consists of the following:

• Complete building with all related service blocks including all MEP works.
• Landscape and hardscape.
• Roads including streetlights and car shades.
• Boundary fencing including automaric gate barriers.
• Steel works including control tower radar, ladders and heavy security fence.
• Curtain walls, aluminium and glass works.
• Complete finishing works.
