- Excavation, piling, shoring and reinforced-concrete civil works
- Ground improvement
- Construction of 80,000 sqm steel warehouses with overhead cranes
- Electrical power, firefighting, water, natural-gas, CCTV and lighting systems
- Administration buildings with complete MEP services
- Construction of 7,000 sqm and 5,000 sqm raw-material storage buildings
- Infrastructure, roads, truck and car parking, landscaping, fences, gates, lighting and drainage
